Yes. We're NAPIT registered, fully qualified to 18th-edition regulations and covered by £2m public liability insurance. Certification is issued on completion of every notifiable job.
Do you offer free quotations?
Yes. Quotes are free and no-obligation. Small jobs can usually be priced over the phone or by email; larger projects such as rewires or consumer unit upgrades typically need a short site visit.
How quickly can you respond?
Enquiries received during business hours receive a same-day callback. For active electrical faults we'll do our best to attend the same day or the next working morning.
Do you carry out EICRs for landlords?
Yes. We produce Electrical Installation Condition Reports for landlords, letting agents and homeowners, with clear results, remedial pricing and certification suitable for compliance.
Do you provide a guarantee on your work?
Every installation is covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee, alongside the manufacturer warranties on any parts or accessories supplied.
Can you install an EV charger at my home?
Yes. We install OZEV-standard home EV chargers compatible with every major manufacturer, with load management and neat cable routing planned around your property.
Do you work with builders on refurbishments?
Yes. DGS carries out first fix, second fix and complete electrical packages for builders, refurbishment teams and homeowners. Work is coordinated around the wider programme, with testing and certification handled at completion.
